Working Principle:            

The integrated water cooling radiator transmits the heat of the CPU to the water-cooling liquid through the water cooling head. The water cooling liquid circulates to the water cooling row through the water pump, and then circulates again. Moreover, the heat capacity of the water is large, which makes the water cooling refrigeration system have a good heat load capacity. The direct benefit is that the working temperature curve of the CPU is very flat.

Influencing Factors Of Heat Dissipation Performance:            

Main factors affecting the heat dissipation efficiency of integrated water-cooled radiator:

1. Design of water cooling head. The water cooling head is in direct contact with the CPU, and rapid heat conduction is very important. Generally, the water cooling head is in contact with the CPU with copper, and a micro water channel will be designed on the side in contact with the water cooling night, which can not only increase the contact area, but also increase the flow rate, so that the water cooling liquid can take more heat away. Different designs of water channels will bring different heat dissipation effects.            

 2. Pump head. The head of the water pump directly determines the water flow speed. Due to the physical characteristics of the water cooling liquid, the faster the flow speed is, the better the thermal conductivity is. Therefore, in order to quickly transfer the heat to the radiator, the water pump must have sufficient head; The last is the design of radiator and fan. At present, the integrated water cooling radiator is generally installed on the back of the chassis and cooled directly by the fan. The water cooling liquid in the cold exhaust is cooled and recycled.
