OCOCOO strictly comply with the requirements of quality system, and formulate corresponding countermeasures and implementation plans.  Make the data traceable.  The inspection personnel of the quality department shall ensure the quality of each link of all kinds of products in strict accordance with the procedures and specifications.  

Inspect and evaluate the supplier of raw materials, review the original data and warranty provided by the supplier, strictly inspect the physical quality according to the drawings and standards, to ensure that qualified products flow into the next process or assembly;  In the process of product processing, the strict implementation of the "three inspection" system, the operator in strict accordance with the drawings, technology for processing and self-inspection, self-inspection records truthfully filled in the self-inspection table, not allowed to hide quality problems.  

The inspectors of each production department carry out the first inspection and inspection on the quality of the processing process, and the next process carries out the re-inspection on the previous process. The uninspected or unqualified products are not allowed to flow into the next process to ensure that the whole process is finished product.  According to the drawing, process, standard, product inspection essentials, hardness, mechanical properties, non-destructive testing, metallographic organization and other tests, after passing the test can be transferred to the next process.  

During the assembly process, the inspection is carried out according to the drawings and inspection essentials. In the assembly process, full-time inspectors track the installation method, installation size and functional test to ensure the quality of the final product.
