1. 160mm 45mm Core: The 160mm class copper core keeps a 45mm profile, so it drops into converter and drive cabinets where a deeper aluminium radiator will not fit. Copper tube and fin construction carries heat off IGBT modules faster than an aluminium core of the same face area.
2. Full Copper Loop Path: Copper tubes, fins and tanks give a continuous metal path from coolant to fin surface, with no mixed metal joint. That keeps thermal resistance low across the 160mm core, so switching devices see steady coolant temperature through a full production shift.
3. Standard G1/4 Ports: Both ports use the G1/4 thread already common on pumps, cold plates and fittings in power electronics builds, so the radiator drops into an existing loop with no adapters and no rework. Fewer joints means fewer leak paths and faster assembly on the cabinet line.
4. 0.2 MPa Tightness Test: Every radiator is pressure tested at 0.2 MPa before it leaves the factory, the check that keeps coolant away from gate drivers, busbars and control boards. A unit that fails never reaches the customer, so incoming inspection can focus on fit rather than leaks.
5. Twin 80mm Fan Mounting: The core accepts two 80mm fans in push or pull, matching the fan size already used in 1U and 2U power stacks, drive modules and compact industrial cabinets. Standard 80mm fans keep spares simple and avoid designing a custom shroud or duct for the radiator.
6. High Density Fin Pack: Dense fin spacing across the 160mm core puts more heat transfer surface behind each 80mm fan position, so a converter can reject its losses without raising coolant flow. Lower flow demand cuts pump power and lets one loop serve more cabinets on the same chiller.
7. OEM ODM Support: Port position, fan hole pattern, fitting choice and private label packing can be customized on the same 160mm 45mm copper platform, so one radiator serves a range of converter models. OEM and ODM orders move from sample to container volume with one drawing set.
